Michelin Shin
Michelin Shin is a self taught music producer, songwriter, sound engineer and mentor working along side some of the biggest and emerging artists in the UK scene today. Working with the likes of Nines, Nafe Smallz, Ms Banks, Wretch 32, Chip and many more. He has over 1 Billion streams of production and compositions engineered. Landed 4 number 1’s on the official hip hop charts. International success, along with his hard and honest work ethic. Shin has establish himself in the music industry.
Shin's introduction to music started in a youth club where shortly after he started working, mentoring youth offenders with company Rhyme & Reason touring over south London demonstrating music production through various work shops.
His dream started in community centres when he had his first break having a song which he and his friends produced in a youth centre, which sent them nationwide performing a song which started out as a bit of fun. Shin wants to put that same fun element back in with all the hard lessons he’s had to endure over the years and help young people showcase there talent properly.
One of Shin's biggest dreams is to build a platform and establish artists from a grass root level to the heights of topping the charts on a global scale. This is where the like-minded Wizzy Wow and Big Jest collaborated to create the new venture to do just that with Crescendo Collective.

Big Jest
BBC Three’s ‘The Rap Game UK’ winner, Big Jest, a wordsmith with over 10 years experience as a writer and recording artist. Jest also has a hands-on approach to music video production with experience as a video director and content creator. He has established himself and become well respected for his lyrical ability and versatility within creative fields.
At just 16 years old he was sharpening his skills and gaining invaluable experience with tracks that featured seasoned artists such as Ghetts & Lady Leshurr. After graduating from Kingston University with a 1st class degree in business management he began pursuing his music career wholeheartedly. Whilst self managed and independent he’s accumulated millions of streams and collaborated with artists like K Trap, Benny Banks, Scorcher and Tiny Boost. Building up his social media platforms to over a quarter of a million followers through content creation. His viral tiktok series ‘Rap & Drill’ accumulated over 50 million views before he transformed it into a youtube short film series.
The pinnacle moment of winning Krept & Konan’s TV show ‘The Rap Game UK’ saw Jest demonstrate his talents to millions of viewers on BBC Three. His heartfelt displays on the show earned him a nomination for the Urban Music Awards ‘Best TV Performance’.
Big Jest is now putting his educational background together with his writing expertise for his ‘1st Class Rap’ workshops. Mentoring sessions with aspiring writers ranging from as young as 5 years old all the way up to college students and beyond.

Wizzy Wow
Isra Lohata, better known as Wizzy Wow, a songwriter, musician, nomineee for the prestigious Ivor Novello award and twice Grammy-nominated music producer, (Ed Sheeran’s ‘X’ and Chrisette Michele’s ‘Better’) has an established name in the music industry for his innovative production work.
Wizzy first discovered his love for music production at a young age, finding solace in music after moving to London from Sweden. His passion grew and helped form the grime collective Combination ‘Chain Gang’ of which Wretch 32 was a part of. Wizzy continued down the production path before creating his own material, working with the most exciting rap artists of the time including 2 Chainz, Big Sean, Kano, Tinie Tempah, Giggs, Chip, Knucks and Stormzy.
Wizzy has caught the ear of brands such as Adidas who worked the campaign for the 2012 Olympics advert and Chelsea FC's ‘Got The Blues’ advert during 2013/2014.
In addition to making music he enjoys sharing his experiences and knowledge to develop and help others reach their full potential.
Throughout his career, he has always found time to develop multiple up and coming artists within the realms of Artist/Producer development.
Now wanting to take this one step further by putting his experience into young, upcoming artists within the community, he would like to set up a safe environment for young people to learn and grow in an area that interests and benefits them the most.
